Pump it up - the Ultimate Dance Workout
I love this workout! I moseyed along for ages doing things like Beverley Callard’s Rapid Results (my favourite for ages, and good for beginners), then graduated to Natalie Cassidy’s Then and Now (still good for a quick fix). I had this one for ages ,but was put off by the cover, which looks a bit seedy. But once I’d tried it I was hooked! Deanne Berry is sweet and encouraging and if you like to dance (and sweat!) and have fun while you get fit, then this is for you. (I find this quite challenging, but if you’re a jogger, it’s probably a piece of cake!)
