Whatever you think of Jamie (I like him!), his recipes are fab. Any of his books is great, but this is one of my favourites. Best veggie dishes ever are his slow roasted tomatoes (p219), broad bean salad (p26) and roasted squash (p41)
This really is comfort cooking! Love the fairy cakes, raspberry trifle, rocky road and especially breakfast pancakes.
